Innovation and creativity have been the motor that has driven FERMAX towards its success. It was founded in Valencia in 1949 by Fernando Maestre, who is still the President of the company. During that same year, the company launched the first radio interphone manufactured in Spain.

FERMAX has its headquarters in Valencia and is currently one of the Spanish leading companies in its market sector. Its products are offered throughout the world with the highest level of quality, design and technology.

30% of its production is exported. Its wide international presence has driven FERMAX to a high volume of overseas business, with commercial alliances in more than 70 countries and branches in France and the United Kingdom, as well as the commercial offices in Asia Pacific, Slovakia and Dubai, not forgetting its second assembly plant opened more than a decade ago in China, in the city of Shanghai. After its consolidation as the leading non-Asian manufacturer in the sector, FERMAX has opened offices in Beijing and other six strategic provinces in the country.

FERMAX was among the first companies in its sector to obtain the ISO14001 Environmental Management as well as the ISO9001 Quality Management certifications, which certifies all of its products since 1997. The company culture is focused on Total Quality principles, following the European management model EFQM, a Management Tool which allows companies to improve their competitive position.

Since 1949, FERMAX has continued to excel itself in terms of its capacity to Innovate, adapting the structure of the company to the communication specific requirements and maintaining the atmosphere of a pure family business.
